Founded in 1998 and based in Monkey River Village, this Belizean-owned company offers small-group ecological boat tours along the Monkey River. Their flagship Monkey River Tour departs from Placencia’s M&M gas station via a 40-minute boat ride through shaded mangrove channels. The tour includes a guided jungle hike, a stop at the village restaurant for lunch, and wildlife viewing both upriver and near the mouth, where guests often spot manatees. Optional excursions include cave tours, snorkeling, fishing, and transfers to Guatemala, Mexico, or Tikal.
