MR. JOHN M. BURGOS is the Executive Director of the Belize Tourism Industry Association. He is responsible for the overall supervision of the BTIA National Secretariat by coordinating and implementing policies and procedures in the Association´s key focus areas that include: Governance, Administration, Revenue Generation, Membership Outreach and Development, Communication and Marketing, Lobbying and Advocacy.

Mrs. Jazmin Zetina is the Tourism Information Officer at the Orange Walk Tourism Information Center. She is responsible in coordinating and monitoring of all services at Orange Walk Tourist Information Center. This includes coordinating facility services and ensuring cost efficiency, cleanliness and the like to provide the highest quality, cost-efficient service to guests of the TIC.
