The BTIA Launches 2013 Destination Belize Magazine

The Belize Tourism Industry Association launched the exciting 2013 edition of the Destination Belize Magazine on Friday, February 15 at 10:00 a.m. at the Radisson Fort George Hotel & Marina – Caracol Room.

As the official visitor magazine of the Belize Tourism industry Association and Belize’s #1 marketing collateral piece on travel for the past 16 years, the Destination Belize Magazine is an annual publication dedicated to ensuring that traveler’s enjoy the most exciting, adventurous, breath-taking, tranquil, exotic and relaxing experience that Belize has to offer.

With stunning imagery of the entire country, comprehensive tips, articles and editorials by local and international writers, a break-down of Belize’s yearly activities and a complete listing of industry partners and BTIA members, the Destination Belize Magazine is definitely the premier source for travel information about Belize.

On Friday, January 11, 2013 a new Belize logo was launched by the Belize Tourism Board at its annual Industry Presentation. BTIA had taken a decision to delay the printing of the 2013 edition in order to incorporate the new Belize creative.  We believe that this strategic decision was in the best interest of the industry’s marketing efforts, and will ensure a unified thrust from public and private sector to market Belize under a single brand.

The 2013 Destination Belize is the 17th edition of the travel magazine and has once again been published by Belize’s very own IdeaLab Studios. The BTIA is proud to be working in partnership with IdeaLab Studios, the Belize Tourism Board, the Belize Hotel Association, the 2013 Advertisers and the list of Contributing Writers on this important marketing initiative. With their knowledge and cooperation, we have ensured the inclusion of accurate information and integrated the use of print and digital media across a wide variety of new platforms, ensuring that readers everywhere will be eager to book their vacations and embark on adventures throughout the country of Belize.
