For the application to be processed:

• The application must be completely filled out.
• There is an application fee of $50.00 that must accompany the document.
• A letter of recommendation from an active member of BTIA must accompany this document.
• Businesses must submit a copy of their Certificate of Registration.
• Hotels, Guest Houses, Resorts, Villas, Condos, Bed & Breakfast must submit a copy of their Belize Tourism Board’s Hotel License.
• Tour Guides and Tour Operators must submit a copy of their Belize Tourism Board’s License.
• Non Belizean must submit a copy of their Work Permit or Residence Permit.
• Foreign request for membership must include a reference from an association in that country,  in addition to the recommendation of an active BTIA member in Belize.
• All non-Belizean entities must pay an additional US $50.00 to the dues levied on local Businesses.
• Please add $25.00 for each additional membership card requested.
• To cancel your membership subscription, please submit in writing to BTIA Secretariat.
